NEW IN BETA · HELP SHAPE WHAT’S NEXT
Less prep.
More presence.
A new chapter for the way you prepare, share, and coach. Available to try in the MyFitnessDJ beta.
01 / CREATE
Your next class
starts with an idea.
Describe the class you want, or choose Copy cat to draw inspiration from an existing playlist. Pick a length, intensity, and focus. Get a normal, editable MFDJ playlist with tracks, intervals, and cues.
You’re still the instructor. Tweak a track, polish a cue, and make it sound like you.
Requires a supported Apple Intelligence device and available on-device Foundation Models. These options stay hidden when the model is unavailable.
02 / CONNECT
One scan.
A more connected room.
Start sharing, show the QR code, and let riders follow your live cues, countdowns, and class progress in MFDJ or a browser.
No copy-and-paste instructor key. A fresh invitation for each class. Try another phone, a tablet, or a compatible big-screen browser.
How class sharing works ↗03 / FEEL IT
A shared cue.
A personal effort.
Apple Watch can bring personal heart rate, current zone, and target-zone guidance into the MFDJ follower screen. The Watch can show your instructor’s cue color and countdown, too.
Compatible browsers can connect a Bluetooth heart-rate sensor to display current BPM alongside the live cues. No zone guidance is calculated for browser sensors.
Sensors are optional. Browser Bluetooth support varies. The new follower heart-rate feedback is personal to the follower.
